Siena Art Institute Summer School

My summer school, 'Water-based Screen-Printing and safe Ceramic Transfer' at the 'Siena Art Institute' is running from 22nd - 26th July 2013. We will be covering Mark Making on special drawing films, screen chemistry including (Screen Coating, Exposing Stencils, Pre-Press and set-up)
Registration Techniques, Ink Mixing / Colour, Planning and Printing on Paper and Decal Paper.

Bluecoat, Liverpool workshop...

Fabulous weekend workshop with Emma Gregory at the Bluecoat printmaking area. The workshop included mark-making on textured drawing film, production of sensitive photographic stencils for screen printing onto decal paper. Sensitive textured images were printed in mono-tone and colour then ready for transfer to ceramic pieces. 


I look forward to working at the Bluecoat again soon...
